Alla specializes in individual counseling and relationship therapy with couples. Her individual counseling practice is geared to helping women reach their fullest potential and live a more meaningful and purposeful life. She is passionate about helping couples to overcome relationship difficulties as well as reach their healthiest and highest emotional potential.
Alla’s coaching and counseling work is enriched by her experience in both corporate and therapeutic settings; including individual, group and family counseling at a women’s center and a drug and alcohol treatment center. For a decade and a half she worked in corporate development, with emphasis in recruitment and human resource development.
She combines her therapeutic knowledge with a passion for helping clients get unstuck and achieve forward momentum. She views the therapeutic relationship as collaborative, helping clients gain insight about life patterns, develop goals, and set intentions for success. A holistic practitioner, she works with intuitively-based solutions and techniques that concurrently heal the past, engender enthusiasm, as well as empower and motivate.
Practitioner: Alla received her Master’s degree in counseling from Marymount University and has completed her post graduate LGPC requirements at Loyola University, with emphasis on family counseling. Her corporate experience was augmented with graduate work at George Washington University in organizational development and human resource development. In addition, Alla studied and worked in Eastern Europe, is fluent in English and her native Russian and has a working knowledge of Hebrew and American Sign Language.
